It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Collecting of Your Personal Data
Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

- Your company location or address
- Your company name

Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
- Chat Logs: Unitalk chat data is stored either on our secure cloud servers or, if you choose, on your own infrastructure. If stored in our cloud, all commands and chat logs from your interactions with the AI assistants will automatically sync to our cloud servers and be recorded. Data stored on our cloud servers is governed by this Privacy Policy. If you choose to host Unitalk on your own infrastructure, the data is stored solely on your infrastructure and is under your complete control and responsibility.
- Settings Data: All personalized settings You use for the Unitalk product, including but not limited to your account settings, language preferences, theme settings, and other customization options.
- Behavioral Data: This encompasses your UI interaction behaviors while using our product service, including page navigation, button clicks, mouse scrolling, and other user behavioral data.
- Device Information: Such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
- Mobile Device Information: When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Information We Receive from Other Sources.
- Information from third-party services. If you choose to link our Services to a third-party account, we may receive information about you, including your profile information and your photo, and your use of the third-party account. We may also process some of the information that is stored in these third-party accounts to provide our Services to you, but this processing is at your direction, and we do not use information we collect from your third-party accounts, including via Google Workspace APIs, to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Furthermore, we retain information from your third-party accounts only so long as necessary to provide our Services to you. If you wish to limit the information available to us, you should visit the privacy settings of your third-party accounts to learn about your options.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies We use may include:

- For other purposes: We may use your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing, and your experience.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We may share your personal information in the following situations:
- Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with service providers who assist us in providing and maintaining the Service. These service providers include, hosting providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data storage and infrastructure, email providers such as Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) for email communications, and AI model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Google, who provide the underlying AI models that power Unitalk. These service providers only use your information for the purposes for which we disclose it to them, specifically excluding the use of Customer Data for model training purposes, as further detailed in the "LLM Training Restrictions" section of this Privacy Policy.
- For business transfers: We may share or transfer your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- With your consent: We may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.
Sharing Information with 3rd Parties
The personal information Unitalk collects from you is stored in one or more databases hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) located in Paris, France. AWS does not use or have access to your personal information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval. On occasion, Unitalk engages third parties to send information to you, including information about our products, services, and events.
We do not otherwise reveal your personal data to non-Unitalk persons or businesses for their independent use unless:
- you request or authorize it;
- the information is provided to comply with the law (for example, compelled by law enforcement to comply with a search warrant, subpoena, or court order), enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of our employees or others;
- the information is provided to our vendors or service providers who perform functions on our behalf;
- to address emergencies or acts of God;
- to address disputes, claims, or to persons demonstrating legal authority to act on your behalf.
We may also gather aggregated data about our services and website visitors and disclose the results of such aggregated (but not personally identifiable) information to our partners, service providers, advertisers, and/or other third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
The Unitalk website connects with third-party services such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. If you choose to share information from the Unitalk website through these services, you should review the privacy policy of that service. If you are a member of a third-party service, the aforementioned connections may allow that service to connect your visit to our site to your personal data.
Third parties you connect to Unitalk.
- Google: We access your Google User Data only to facilitate and enhance the functions of our application. Specifically, we synchronize your Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, pdfs, and plain text files (files with the “.txt” extension) that are within the folders you select when connecting your Google Drive account to Unitalk or that you provide to us directly via a link (e.g., a Google Sheets URL). You can change this selection at any time or request us to delete all your data. The sole purpose of this data is to allow you to use your Google User Data on the Unitalk Platform. Unitalk will not use this data for any other purpose like advertising or marketing. Unitalk use and transfer of information received from Google API’s to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
LLM Training Restrictions
- Unitalk and AI Model Providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Google, Perplexity ..) do not use Customer Data for model training purposes.
- Unitalk will not grant any third party the right to use Customer Data for model training
- AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Google ..) apply a “Zero Data Retention” policy, meaning that Customer Content will not be logged for human review and will not be saved to disk or retained by those providers.
Data Subject Rights
The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other countries’ privacy laws provide certain rights for data subjects. Data Subject rights under GDPR include the following:

- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure
- Right to restrict processing
- Right of data portability

- Rights related to automated decision making including profiling

You may request that Unitalk erase that data or cease processing it, subject to certain exceptions. You may also request that Unitalk cease using your data for direct marketing purposes. When technically feasible, Unitalk will—at your request—provide your personal data to you.
Reasonable access to your personal data will be provided at no cost. If access cannot be provided within a reasonable time frame, Unitalk will provide you with a date when the information will be provided. If for some reason access is denied, Unitalk will provide an explanation as to why access has been denied.

Data Storage and Retention
Your personal data is stored by Unitalk on its servers and on the servers of Amazon Web Services (AWS), the cloud-based database management service Unitalk engages, located in Paris, France. Unitalk retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with Unitalk and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for Unitalk’s own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with Unitalk’s services. Unitalk retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from Unitalk systems. All personal data that Unitalk controls may be deleted upon verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized agents. Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
Payments Information
We may utilize third-party payment processing services (such as Stripe) for payment processing. Under no circumstances do we store or collect Your payment card details. Your payment information will be directly provided to the selected third-party payment processor, which is bound by its privacy policy in handling Your personal information.
Our third-party payment processor complies with the PCI Security Standards Council's PCI-DSS standards, established to ensure secure handling of payment information. This standard is a collaborative effort by brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover to promote secure payment processing.
